Beauty Products
Due to the nature of our beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item
is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service
team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant photos.Clothing Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your clothing purchase. If you need to return or
exchange a clothing item, please note the following conditions:
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odorless, and with all tags attached.
Please return items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition. -

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Please email our customer service team at inquiries@crickledaisy.com before returning your order to confirm that your order is eligible for exchange.This step is necessary to ensure the item is in stock in the desired size.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning your item.We will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with
directions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Pack the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. Use the
prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange within 10 business days.
If the item is not available in the desired size, we will issue a refund to the original payment
method. -
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
